Contract Build.

Over the years we have undertaken many contract builds and realised the importance of forging a close relationship with clients. All too often you hear that the dream does not become the realisation and if you have ever embarked on his type of project, be assured that our years of experience will be able to guide you though all aspects of the project, having built over 50 contract build properties in the last few years.

Refurbishment & Renovation to listed buildings.

As a company we have been involved in many refurbishment & renovation projects to listed buildings and know the importance of working alongside the local authority officers to make sure that all renovations are carried out sympathetically to maintain the character of the building in question.

Bespoke Traditional Conservatories.

We have build a number of traditional wooden conservatories. The example project on this site was designed by us and was built from start to finish to include hardwood frames, argon filled low E sun glazed units, underfloor heating and hand painted in Farrow & Ball colours.

Extensions.

In the present climate, many people are making the choice to extend or renovate instead of moving, saving money and increasing the value of their property. We can guide you though every stage of the build from planning to completion, keeping the costs competitive and under control.

Project Management.

We can offer a complete Project Management Service for the person that wants a large involvement in a building project but still feels that they need professional help to oversee the very day running of the site to include liaising with trades to keep a job on time and on budget, some people may think that a project manager is an unnecessary expense but a good PM can actually end up saving money by bringing the whole job in on time and making sure that everything is built in line with today’s building regulations and and built to an excellent standard.
